Hello everyone! We are working on an indie game and the task was to find a strong artist. Not through ads or on social networks, but a truly specialized site with professionals who know how to make style, and not just art. If you know one, I will be grateful for the tip.

Hi! Today I was sitting over the project plan board again and realized how important it is to clearly distribute roles in the team. Without this, even strong specialists can stall - everyone should know what they are responsible for. When the structure is clear, both the process and the result reach a new level.
When I was just starting my career in game development, it seemed to me that a good idea and a programmer were enough. But as soon as it came to production, I realized how many specialists were really needed: designers, scriptwriters, analysts, producers. In order not to get confused, I started to study who was responsible for what. That's when I came across game development roles guide, where everything was described by roles - clearly, understandably and with examples. This helped me structure the process and form a balanced team. Now, when starting a project, the first thing I check is this material.
